Melanzana Parmiggiana (V) – Oven baked sliced aubergine cooked in the oven with tomato, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Paté – Chefs homemade chicken liver pate.
Formaggio di Pecora – Marinated beetroot with oven baked goats cheese, drizzled with a honey dressing and topped with wild rocket.
Bruschetta al Pomodoro (V) – cherry tomatoes marinated in garlic and olive oil on homemade toasted focaccia bread.
Fegato alla Veneziana – Fresh lambs liver cooked with onion, bacon, red wine gravy sauce,on a bed of creamy mash potatoes.
Pollo ai Funghi – Chicken breast cooked in a white wine and creamy mushroom sauce.
Tortellini Ricotta (V) – Freshly filled ricotta & spinach tortellini pasta, cooked in a creamy pesto sauce.
Vegetariano Risotto (V) – Italian arborio rice cooked with a medley of seasonal vegetables in a white wine sauce topped with parmesan.
Lasagna Casareccia – Traditional homemade lasagne with beef ragu, béchamel sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Spaghetti Carbonara – Freshly cooked to order spaghetti pasta in a smoked bacon and cream sauce
Spaghetti Bolognese – Cooked to order spaghetti pasta in beef and tomato sauce.
