Paté – Chefs homemade chicken liver pate with homemade foccacia.
Melanzana Parmiggiana (V) – Sliced aubergine, oven baked with a tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Goat Cheese with Beetroot (V) – Marinated beetroot oven baked with goats cheese then drizzled with a honey dressing.
Pollo ai Funghi – Chicken breast cooked in a white wine and creamy mushroom sauce.
Fegato alla Veneziana – Fresh lambs liver cooked with onion, bacon, red wine gravy sauce,on a bed of creamy mash potatoes and served with sauteed fresh vegetables.
Maiale al Forno – 8 hour slow roasted, rolled pork belly served with a bacon and mustard sauce.
Linguine Pescatore – Linguine with fresh mixed seafood in a pomodoro sauce with a touch of chllies.
